Buildview Construction is a professional building and construction company based in Hampstead, London which was established by our founder who has brought his extensive industry experience, knowledge and professional Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) to the business.
We specialize in private and commercial residential building and construction and offer general contracting and full-service project management services. Buildview offers a wide range of professional residential building and construction services to both private and commercial clients such as New Build Homes, Property Conversions, Home Extensions and much more covering London and the surrounding home counties.
In addition to our core services we have expanded our portfolio to offer our clients a bespoke Project Management option where we can provide end-to-end project management services that cover every aspect of your project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, communication, and quality control.

New Build Homes
Structure only
A basic structural package includes the walls, floors, roof and other structural elements of your home – including the insulation. All of this can be delivered by our team of architects, engineers and project managers to suite your specific requirments.
Complete Shell
In addition to structure only route a shell package can include elements such as windows, doors, roof finishes, external cladding and more. Our design team offer a range of design, planning permission and Building Regulations services.
Turnkey
From planning right through to moving in, with this route you get full control of the design and specification of your new home including fixtures and fittings and you’ll be able to rely on the experts to actually make it happen and give you the results your looking for
